Prep the surface with soap and water or a mixture of rubbing alcohol and water (50/50)
Gently peel the clear carrier sheet, make sure the whole design lifts off.
The smaller the design the slower you should peel.

Place the design on the hard surface and with the padded run over the whole design with hard pressure, back and forth 2-4 times.
additional pressure and repetitions should be applied to smaller and thinner designs.
