Approval of design, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
Proofing Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Please carefully review all aspects of the proof, including text, images, colors, and layout.
Errors and Omissions: We are not liable for any errors in the final printed product that were present in the approved proof. This includes, but is not limited to, typographical errors, incorrect or missing information, and color discrepancies.
Color Matching: While we strive to match colors as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor displays and printing processes. If exact color matching is critical, please request a hard copy proof.
Additional Costs: Any changes requested after approval of the proof may incur additional costs and could affect the delivery timeline.
Approval Confirmation: Your approval of the proof indicates that you have reviewed and accepted the design as is. Any subsequent changes will be treated as a new job and billed accordingly.
